Ist Fix Of Fire Party Wall
James and a Plaserbaorded and sound proofed party
wall conforming to Building Regs. Celetex Insulation with Manufactured Board bracing for sound reduction.
Cupboards approaching completion. Shelving complete
just architrave and doors to hang. Designed with space saving the key. Utilising this void creates space for storage and free's
finished room floor space.

Installation of floating wooden floor and Cupboard
Doors prior to painting. I lined the floor with 4mm hardwood and 6mm underlay to create souding proofing and heat/cold
inslulated.
Built in stereo stacking system. All
wiring concealed out of sight. HDMI cable for wall mounted HD built in to fire party wall.
Built in Bespoke cupboards in use! Skirting still
to be added.
Stairs ordered from Churchview Joinery, Wimbourne
made to satisfy building regs. Three man lift though! Solid wood throughout no man made boards and high quality. Hand rail
to be installed very soon.
